Day by Day Itinerary
DAY 1: ATHENS:
Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your selected hotel to start your Greek Islands Vacation Naxos Paros Ios and Santorini. The balance of the day at leisure.
This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guides will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (shortstop).
Continue and pass by the Prime Minister’s residence (ex Royal Palace) guarded by the Euzones in their colourful uniform, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament and the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, theNational Library, the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts an order in the mind”, the Parthenon.
Tour will end by visiting the Acropolis and the new Acropolis Museum, “State of the art” in museum construction and very rich in content.
Afternoon free to visit the old Athens city (Plaka) with lots of restaurants, taverns and souvenir shops.
DAY 3: ATHENS – PAROS
Early morning transfer to the pier of Piraeus to board the ferryboat to Paros.
We go along the Athens Riviera in the Saronic Gulf to the south end of Attica passing close to the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion. Look around the ship, enjoy the sun on the decks and the services on board. Greek Islands Vacation Naxos Paros Ios and Santorini has just started.

A day at leisure in Paros, the island with the exquisite sandy beaches in crystal waters, the traditional villages with whitewashed cubic houses in narrow paved alleys contrasted with the many bougainvillaea and lovely chapels.
Paros was known in antiquity for its fine marble. The capital, Parikia, situated on a bay on the north-west side of the island, occupies the site of the ancient capital Paros.
Shadowed by luxuriant vines, and surrounded by gardens of oranges and pomegranates, the houses give the town a picturesque aspect. Not to miss the Ekatontapiliani Byzantine church in Parikia nor the nearby archaeological site.
Also one of the most cosmopolitan areas of the island is Naoussa.
DAY 5: PAROS – NAXOS
At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port in order to embark the ferryboat to Naxos. Upon your arrival on the island, transfer to your hotel.
DAY 6: NAXOS
Free day in Naxos to enjoy the sun and the clear blue waters of the Aegean sea and to taste the local cuisine and especially the cheese of the area known all over Greece. Naxos is also known, not within the Greek Islands but also in the whole Greece for its potatoes.
Naxos is the largest island in the Cyclades island group in the Aegean. It was the centre of archaic Cycladic culture.
Naxos is the most fertile island of the Cyclades.
DAY 7: NAXOS – IOS:
At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port in order to embark the ferryboat to Ios. Upon your arrival on the island, transfer to your hotel.
A good opportunity to explore this island. Magnificent small bays, mountains with chapels, vineyards and beautiful sandy beaches. Ios is also famous for its incredible nightlife. Ios is a hilly island with cliffs down to the sea on most sides. Ios attracts a large number of young tourists, many of whom used to sleep in their sleeping bags during the 1970s on the popular beach of Mylopotas after partying through the night. Today Mylopotas beach has been developed to an equivalent mass package tourism resort like Platys Gialos and Paradise Beach of Mykonos.
DAY 9: IOS – SANTORINI:
At the indicated time, you will be transferred to the port in order to embark the ferryboat to Santorini. Upon your arrival on the island, transfer to your hotel.
DAY 10: SANTORINI – VOLCANO CRUISE
Today enjoy a half day cruise to the small islands of Nea Kameni & Palea Kameni located inside the caldera, the Hot Springs with the green and yellow waters (with free time for swimming) and the island of Thirassia.
Pick up from your hotel and transfer to Vlyhada marina.
Orientation with the boat and sailing on the south coast of the island.
We will pass near the red and white beaches and continue sailing the deep blue waters of the Aegean Sea to the Caldera. Near the Nea Kameni (volcano island) we will see the old port and then go to Palea Kameni and Thirasia. We will see the hot springs with green and yellow waters and have time for swimming here or in another place depending on the season of the year.
We continue sailing below Imerovigli, Firostefani and Fira towns and will arrive in Vlyhada marina.

DAY 12: ATHENS – AIRPORT
